Tulsi (or Holy Basil) is known to be the Earthly form of the Goddess Tulasi, a descendant of Lakshmi, Goddess of Power, Beauty and Prosperity.

In addition to releasing physical or emotional stress, she strengthens the immune system and enhances well-being, lowers cholesterol and high blood pressure and can also aid with symptoms from menopause.
